Cash or ETF Payment Discount

• 3% discount for payment by cash or electronic funds transfer (ETF) to Crossroads Audio's bank account.

Payment Terms and Payment Forms Accepted

• Approved credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,  Discover).

• PayPal (U.S. PayPal payment accepted. Additional fees will apply for non-U.S. PayPal payment.).

• Approved third party equipment financing. Please contact us for financing options.

• Approved electronic funds transfer to Crossroads Audio's bank account.

Sales/Other Tax Policies

• 8.25% Dallas County, Texas sales tax will be added to all purchases within the state of Texas unless Purchaser provides a valid, current Texas sales tax exemption or resale certificate. 

• Purchaser is responsible for any other applicable sales or use taxes.

• International/non-U.S. purchasers are responsible for all applicable sales or use taxes, duties, imposts, levies, customs and brokerage costs.

Shipping Policies

• Free delivery to purchaser's paved, truck-accessible location within 50 miles of Crossroads Audio,                                2623 Myrtle   Springs Ave, Dallas, TX 75220 (within 3 to 5 business days from date of purchase completion/payment).

• In addition to purchase price and any applicable taxes or duties, all shipping/cargo insurance/customs costs to be paid by purchaser to any location beyond 50 miles of Crossroads Audio, 2623 Myrtle Springs Ave, Dallas, TX 75220. We can quote and provide shipping/cargo insurance to purchaser's paved, truck-accessible location within the 48 contiguous U.S. states at purchaser's additional expense. Any other shipping/cargo insurance to be arranged, provided and paid for by purchaser.

Return Policies

• Products may be returned within 3 business days of purchaser's receipt.

• Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping/cargo insurance costs unless the equipment was not received as described.

• There will be a 10% re-stocking fee for all returned items unless the equipment was not received as described.

• Upon return to Crossroads Audio, Dallas, TX as described above, purchaser will receive a refund of the original purchase price less the 10% re-stocking fee, less any costs for equipment damage or loss and less any applicable shipping/cargo insurance costs not paid by purchaser.

• Depending on availability, we may decide to exchange a defective unit for the same working unit within a reasonable period (typically within 7 to 10 business days within the 48 contiguous U.S. states). 

Equipment Condition

• Used equipment in very good condition - fully functional/excellent working order with minor surface cosmetic blemishes. Equipment is owned by seller, Crossroads Audio, and is not owned by any third party or consigner. NOTE: Crossroads Audio is an authorized Meyer Sound dealer. All equipment has been expertly maintained and operated by qualified Crossroads Audio service and field technicians. All speakers are re-painted, cleaned and thoroughly checked and serviced prior to sale.

Warranty Policies

• Used equipment will be in very good working order, as described above, upon delivery by Crossroads Audio to purchaser's location within 100 miles of Crossroads Audio's Dallas, TX location or upon loading onto shipper's vehicle at Crossroads Audio, 2623 Myrtle Springs Ave, Dallas, TX 75220. There are no other warranties expressed or implied.

Other Policies and Covenants

• All equipment intended for qualified professional use.

• Prior to purchase all equipment is available for purchaser's inspection during normal business hours at Crossroads Audio, 2623 Myrtle Springs Ave, Dallas, TX 75220.

• After completion of purchase and confirmation of purchaser's payment, the purchased equipment will be available for shipper's pick up during normal business hours at Crossroads Audio, 2623 Myrtle Springs Ave, Dallas, TX 75220.
